Hi Everyone,


I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit OS on DELL laptop. On installing GRE BIBLE software an error has been occurred. Its saying:
"An error occured while registering the file c:\windows\system32\flash.ocx"
Ignoring the error program is installed but while accessing it again shows error as follows:
"Invalid root in registry key
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\UserId"
Please help me out ASAP.

This type of error can occur when installing software from a standard account. To correct this, reinstall the software. This time, when you install the disc, click on the red cross to close the program. Next, open 'Computer', select your optical drive, right click on it and select 'Explore'. Browse the disc for either of the following files: 'Install.exe' or 'Setup.exe'. Right click on the file and select 'Run as administrator'. After providing administrative credentials, the program should install without any problems. When it comes to running the program, try running it as normal. If that doesn't work, you might need to run it with administrative privileges. To do that, right click on the shortcut and select 'Run as administrator'. After providing administrative credentials, the program should now run.

hi dwraf,

i hv downloaded d software from a rapidshare link. i dont hv its original cd.
its working well in XP but not in vista.
i m using administrator account only. after installation i checked Run as administrator mode and also compatibility mode for XP (Service Pack).
but still its not working.

plz help me if u know sm other alternatives. otherwise i hv no choice other than to remove Vista.
