I use the remote that came with my HP laptop and it can put the computer to sleep and can resume it. However it kind of defeats the purpose of using a remote to wake the computer from sleep if its gonna ask me to provide a password.
I know I can disable the password, but I still want windows to ask for one when the computer resumes from hibernate. (I use sleep mode at home & use hibernate when I take it with me on the go.)
So does anyone know of any way to get vista to prompt for a password only when waking from hibernate??
