| Windows 7 RC x64 Vista HP x86 | Re: Safe Mode If you press F8 as after you boot your computer but before windows actually boots you should get a list of options including start windows normally and last known good configuration The actual point that you press F8 can be a little hit or miss so you may have to try a few times to get it. If I ever need this menu I just tap F8 after boot and and keep tapping till it works  . if this does not work you may have to do a start-up repair. have a look Here for the tutorial |
