Hi. I bought a new Toshiba laptop with Vista on a few months ago and it has recently stopped recognising discs.

Most DVDs work, but when it comes to CD-ROMs and games, the disc whirs around for a while and sounds like it's loading, but then nothing happens.

I'm working with Vista 32bit, dual core processor, 1.60 ghz. mat****a dvd ram UJ-850-S ATA Device.

Thank you for any help!
