Can someone help me?????

New Member
Some of my .exe files has been in a vault in avg free (virus program). and then I restored the files. after that when I trying to start the programs that the .exe.files run i get the messege "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the approprite permissions to access the item". and one of the programs is my recovery tool and I need to start that program. Can someone help me?????
