Runtime Error (abnormal program termination)

I have purchased an HP officejet 5610 all-in-one, installed it, So far no problem. Scanned a picture using the icon on the desktop no problem from the administrator side..So i log off and switch users to test a scan on the other side... i don't recall if i scanned a picture from the icon on my desktop first or not, but i did decide to scan a picture by using the buttons on the printer itself. Rushing myself i pressed scan twice and it sent it to wordpad where it was saved too, mistake i think. now the scanned pic is no where to be found?? Now when i click on the icon on the users side it says Runtime Error blah blah blah, but the funny thing is (but not) is when i click on the icon on the Administrator side it's fine??? So maybe if i can locate this saved pic in my wordpad?? i will have gotten rid of this Runtime error?? Any suggestions are welcomed.. I know it's long but i had to try and explain my situation. Thanks again

Use the program supplied to scan. When you go to save choose save as,
This should give you an indication where the file was saved.
