hi,
this is to everyone that helped with my problems on this forum, ive taken my pc back with much trouble,they took the system and promiced a full refund.
As it was a sunday they could not get a return code so they took my pc and i was told to return next day for a full refund. currys in dunfermline,kirkcauldy and stirling failed to deliver.
i have now got no pc and no refund...bought the pc on visa card,question is am i being too soft giving them 7 days for result or what would yous do??.....
and yea,a thought about a hammer through there showroom 52" plasmas hahaha......

Hi Kev,
I would say that 7 days is more than fair enough to give them to come up with a solution for you. I would go up there and demand either a full refund or an exchange/credit towards another system. That would not be a unreasonable request at all. If they refuse to help you, then contact your Visa card and have them reverse the charge back to the store.
