Problems with my vista :(

Okay, I'm not sure if this is the correct place but I don't know where else to go with my problem.

So I was working today on my computer as usual, nothing wrong with it though it was a bit slow so I decided to restart while I took a shower.
When I came back, I entered my log-in details as usual however I got that error message: that I couldn't log in with that normal account and that i am using a temporary profile.
I have no idea what is going on, I can access all my files per individual drive however I can't make any changes to it that are saved.
For example programs like msn or irc or even internet explorer/firefox are re-setted every time I turn my computer on again and log in. I always get that same error. I never had it before.

Could anybody help me please?

Edit: oh yeah, that horrible language with way to many consonants? It's dutch.

Thank you for your quick reply. I have restarted a few times as well as logging out and in again though I keep getting the same error.
So if I understand the manual correctly, I need to delete my current administrator account but first create a new one?
What will happen to all my information on the original admin account? I have no usb to store it on...

Creat a new partition as Ted was suggesting and copy all the user data onto it that you want to keep.

Okay, so I stored all my info just in case on a friends external hard drive.
Now I am at point 6:

5. In regedit, go to: (See screenshot below step 7)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

6. In the left pane, click on one of the S-1-5..... folders (SID key) with the long number in it. (See screenshot below step 7)
NOTE: It should have .bak at the end of it.
A) In the right pane, look at the ProfileImagePath to see if this is the same user account that you deleted in step 1 above.
B) Repeat step 6 until you find the one that you deleted in step 1 above.
7. To Backup the Registry SID Key -
WARNING: You should backup this SID key to be safe in case you delete the wrong one in step 8 below.A) Right click on the SID key, and click Export.
B) Type in a name and save the REG file to a safe location.
NOTE: This is your backup. To Restore the Backup, right click on the REG backup file and click Merge.
I can't find any .bak file... It simply is not there. What should I do?

Edit: Also, I have everything in Dutch. I bloody hate that since all the aid and services are in English. Is there an (easy / quick) way to have everything automatically set as in English yet not change my dutch keyboard configurations?

My Computer

Okay, apparently the .bak thing was right in front of my eyes. Silly me.
However, I still don't understand the next step;
inetproblemsbakfound-1.jpg

My options (in dutch) are
Aanpassen (modify)
Binaire gegevens aanpassen (modify binairy data)
Verwijderen (delete)
Naam Wijzigen (modify name)
But nothing that I would translate to ''export''?

My Computer

Any help/thoughts/idas on how to proceed?

Do right hand click in the left pane and the export.... not right hand pane.
