does max supported RAM include readyboost?

like the title states. i have a 4gb readyboost capable flash drive but already have 4gb of ram installed. am i already maxed out or will readyboost work independently to increase my ram?

i will be running vista ultimae 32 bit.

32-bit Vista can only access 4GB of RAM, so you'll see no gains from the "ReadyBoost" drive.
