| Vista Ultimate x64 | re: Can't access "Network and Sharing Center" nor "User Accounts" I thought so too, but I was able to overwrite the newly pasted shigna.dll with the old one, via Copy-Paste (through Windows Explorer). But before, I couldn't (an error message appeared, saying I didn't have permission). |

If it's anything other than TrustedInstaller, then you will just need to change it to TrustedInstaller. I would not think that you would need to though. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Can't access "Network and Sharing Center" nor "User Accounts" The problem's that even TrustedInstaller being the owner, the Administrator still continued with Write, Full control and Modify permissions. But I've manually removed those permissions. Probelm solved. |
