I thought so too, but I was able to overwrite the newly pasted shigna.dll with the old one, via Copy-Paste (through Windows Explorer).

But before, I couldn't (an error message appeared, saying I didn't have permission).

You can just check to see what it has listed as the Owner. If it's anything other than TrustedInstaller, then you will just need to change it to TrustedInstaller. I would not think that you would need to though.

Even after following the guide, I can copy-paste and replace the file/delete it.

And TrustedInstaller is the owner.

The problem's that even TrustedInstaller being the owner, the Administrator still continued with Write, Full control and Modify permissions.

But I've manually removed those permissions. Probelm solved.

Good deal. I added a note at the end of the TrustedInstaller to help remind folks about also changing the permission level back to.
