Error Help Please

When ever I go to certain web pages I get this error. It is a runtime error. I have put a picture in here for you to see.

Does anyone know why this is doing this and how to fix the problem?

What web browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Firefox? Opera?

When do you notice it happening most? What websites? Do you know if it's related to Flash, Java, Etc? (Like does it happen only on websites with Java on them, or Flash animations for example)

Most of the time it does it when I go to katu.com. I just went there and it stopped doing it. I'm using internet explorer 7. Now that it has stopped I'll wait until it does it again I think.
