64 bit to 32 bit OS

I have 64bit vista home premium on a new PC and I am trying to download the OEM disk onto my other PC (XP) on a 32 bit CPU.
    Error mesage:
Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode.

Is that it or or there ways around it?

    Thanks

    Download...or Install.

Big difference here. If you're simply trying to "copy" your 64bit Vista image onto the XP box for storage..(not really kosher and there are better ways to do this) then it's entirely possible. But if you're actually trying to Install 64bit Vista onto the XP box in an attempt to have a dual boot setup...then no way is this going to work...just as z3r010 stated.
That would also be in violation of the License Agreement as you're only allowed 1 Vista version on 1 machine..not 2 and you would not be able to Activate it even if you Could install it.
