Solved Desktop Icon Issue

I posted a snapshot of my issue because i can't even describe it.
All i did was reboot my pc(vista ultimate 32bit) and my desktop
icons looked like this.(see image).

I posted this problem on 2 other forums and no luck yet.

System restore don't work.
Safe mode don't work.
Rebuilding icon cache don't work.

Can someone find a solution

Hello Bells, and welcome to Vista Forums.

It looks like your shortcut arrow overlay on the icons was messed up. You can use the Vista Shortcut Manager program in this tutorial to change the shortcut arrow back to the default arrow. Afterwards, you can change or remove the shortcut arrow with the same program if you like.

Wow i don't know why i didn't think of that considering i had the shortcut remover and forgot i had it lol.
