here my problem when i run registry cleaner in vista manager

What registry cleaner are you running.

registry cleaner that come out with vista manager......

That doesn't look like a .NET issue, it looks like a bug in the application you are running. If you really want to use that application try contacting the developer for support. Or just get CCleaner.
