I have two user accounts on my Windows Vista home basic. I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware early this afternoon. Works fine on my account, but the other account after trying to open it I get runtime error 0 and runtime error 440 automation. Any suggestions? Should I uninstall and reinstall or bad idea? I did detect infected files when I ran it earlier.

Just uninstall it and reinstall. If you're worried about infected files, try running another malware program first and see what it says. A Squared Free is another good one or Spybot. Do you have an Antivirus program installed as well? If so, run that and see if you can detect anything.
