Can someone teach me how to make screen shots and those neat looking quotes in frames? It's not in tutorials

The screen shot I am referring to is the shot or actual copy of contents of , say...command prompt or BSOD screen...those that I cannot right click and "select all". then copy/cut and paste.

The caption framig "quote boxes" is available in all areas here.

The only way to get screenshots of BSOD, or anything outside of Vista, is with a digital camera, or setup a virtual computer with a free program like Virtual PC. It's basically running a OS in a window inside your current Vista.
