Hi Daniel, Welcome to the Forum.

First, allow me to point out that it's best to start a new thread for your issue rather than pos it into an active thread. This can cause confusion as to who is talking to whom and also more eyes will see it in the main area than in here so always start a new thread for your questions.

Ok, APPCRASH is not a program, it is a report of what happened "APPlication Crash", and the program that crashed was your Pro Evolution Soccer game (pes2009.exe). Now I know full well how most people get these games, so it could well be a dodgy one as many of these can be. It also states it had issues with DirectX 9 and that's also common with torrent d'loads of this kind. There may be better ones available for you, maybe not.

@aw2008 - yours was caused by PhotoViewer.dll and it caused the shell to crash (explorer.exe). First thing to always try is a reboot and see if that fixes it. If not, then the SFC app. Next would be a good Googling to see if others are reporting this as a problem and see if any fixes are out for it.
Let us know if it continues.
