| Member | Memory Hey, just a quick question, i currently have 2gb's of oc'z memory at 800 mhz ddr2...(2*1gb sticks) and i was going to buy some kingston ddr2 at 1066mhz (2*1gb sticks) im just wondering if its compatible and will my computer read from the quicker memory 1st? vista ultimate 32bit build 6001 Thanks. |

| DNPNWO | Re: Memory Patio is correct. It will operate at the slowest ram installed. If you have 2 sticks @ 800MHz and 2 @1066Mhz Why not just install (2) 2GB sticks @ 1066? Last edited by rive0108; 01-05-2009 at 05:24 PM.. |
