    Login Problem

    I am not able to login using the same password that I have had for over a year. I get the following message: User Profile Service failed the login; User profile cannot be loaded. I tried to reset the password, but it wouldn't let me know do that. I am not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Try doing this

    The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

    Or this

    Reset User Account Password
