strange error box appears

Hello!
Does anyone know why a box randomly appears...(maybe system wanting to update or down load a patch). The box title is, Powered by support soft and says I am not logged on as an administrator please log off and back on as administrator(not word for word but close). In my user accounts file I am definitely an administrator...the only one. What could this be?

This could be malware. If it appears again, capture it and reply posting the image. We need to know the EXACT words and spelling used.
