Whats the best quality format you can use to publish your video in windows movie maker?

I mean like when u make a movie then click publish then enter name and directory, then you click other settings or something like that and it gives u a list? I want the best graphics to display on youtube or something!!!

I mean like i want HD quality really good i dont care how much space it takes or how much time it takes i want it to look the best possible!!

You can crank something out at 1080p under your publishing settings but I really would recommend something like Sony Vegas to do your video work as the Windows Movie Maker interface doesn't offer too many tools for editing. But if you're looking to simply slap video together then by all means, go for it.
