BSOD during vista startup - help appreciated

I've just put in some extra RAM into my pc today and ever since i've been getting BSOD's, the new ram is the same as what i had already OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Reaper HPC Edition Dual Channel DDR2 taking me upto 4 GB, so far i've checked bios to make sure my memory timings are setup properly which is currently on 5-5-5-15 and tryed changing the voltage from 1.9v to 2v and 2.1v (2.1v is what it sames on the ram) and the most i've got out of it so far is being able to load up vista on 2.0v but every time i tryed to log in on world of warcraft the game would crash shortly after which was when i tryed 2.1v, since then i've tryed putting just the old memory in on its own, just the new memor, and both together and since then i've not been able to load windows vista for more than 20 - 30 seconds before getting the BSOD, it's almost as if something on the delayed startup is causing it.

I can get into Safe Mode no problem and have spent over an hour in there so far backing my hard drive up in case i end up reformatting, tryed disableing everything in my startup using msconfig but with no luck.

Considering how long i've been able to stay in safe mode for i personally don't think it's a RAM fault atm, and i've only had my motherboard a couple of months aswell, the only thing i can think of that i've done to my pc lately is a few days ago when i put a usb flash drive in my pc to try Readyboost to see if i could get any performance from that, i plugged in the usb stick, seemed to work but really couldn't tell the difference if it did, then when i restarted it say no boot partition or something like that, took the usb stick out, booted into vista then all of a sudden a BSOD (if i remember right) shut down my pc, turned it on, and it was fine again, disabled the service afterwards after deciding that it wasn't going to make any difference.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

    Hello dlated.

If you have the BSOD bugcheck code, that would be a great help.

I would bet it is bad RAM (just because it is the exact same type does not mean that they are good sticks). Try pulling out what you installed and see if you receive the same error.
