Solved Accidentally deleted thumbnails

Was doing a disk cleanup and deleting thumbnails was one of the options in order to save space, and I accidentally checked the box.

Does anyone know how I can retrieve it so they can show up for my movie files, etc.

thx

Clearing the thumbnail cache will only empty the cache and not delete it. The cache will rebuild itself as Vista reloads the thumbnail images for the icons back into the cache as you navigate through Windows Explorer.

What?
Sorry Rive but I can't comprehend.

It's supposed to load up over time?
I just restarted my computer and the thumbnails are still not showing up.

What can I do to restore the thumbnails?

They will rebuild themselves. navigate and click on your movie files, and the thumbnail will be re-created.
