How to Stop?

:mad:Everytime i open my vista ultimate on emachine, i always see this black page giving me details about my computer and its drivers and roms. I would like to know how to stop that.Thx

Hello Canadiens, and welcome to Vista Forums.

This is normal, but you should have a similar option in the BIOS to not see details at boot, full screen logo show, show OEM screen, splash screen, etc.... to select instead. Hopefully someone with another emachine can tell you the exact setting it is.

Don't buy a computer...

Just kidding, there should be an option in your bios to enable a splash screen at startup so you see an emachines logo instead of the information. Unfortunately without access to your bios or a map of it's contents I can't tell you exactly how to enable it. You enter the bios setup by pressing a key when the computer first boots up. This varies from computer to computer but often the words "press xxx to enter setup" appears in that details screen, where xxx is the key you must press to enter.
