Startup programs have UAC prompt

Alright, so I have another unresolved issue (besides the hating backup)

I have a few startup programs (Real Temp, EVGA Pricision) that ask for permission to start at logon (UAC). Is there anyway to set these programs as OK and skip the prompt? I have tried adding them to the DEP ignore list, but to no avail.
