| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: System won't shutdown completely Plenty of errors dating back to the beginning of the month when the system was being built. Most make no sense and the one's that point to specific files have been resolved. Device drivers are squeky clean and there are no device faults anywhere. |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: System won't shutdown completely Well the good news is the PC Fairy must have come last night and solved my software problem. The bad news is I can't share the solution because I don't know why. The only thing I did was download a "Marvell Yukon 88E8056 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller" driver directly from Marvell (rather than DriverDetective) and a trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS4. Somewhere in the process the problem resolved itself. Thanks for all who helped. |
