Shortcut?

I keep getting this error message after i install something. It should not be a shortcut and i cant go into properties and change anything as it wont let me.
Someone said my antivirus is deleting the exe or something?!
Ive closed down all my applications to do with mcafee and windows defender, anyone have any advice for me so i can run this?!
Im sure its to do with vista so any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hello RedRumUK, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Go ahead and click Yes to delete the bad shortcut. You should be ble to navigate to that program's exe file in the Program Files folder and create a new shortcut from it.

yeah ive had similar problem it was just because the shortcut pointed to one folder (x86) and the exe was in another (x64) as brink says just delete it :)
