XPHome/XPPro/Vista/Win7 Quad boot - how to remove Vista and Win7?

I've got a laptop setup for QUAD BOOT with XP Home, XP Pro, Vista and Win7 build 7000.

Can anyone tell me how to, or point me to a guide that shows how to, remove the quad boot and go back to just the XP bootloader? I want to eliminate the Vista and Win7 loads from this machine.

Thanks so much in advance!

(By the way, I tried googling, just couldn't seem to come up with the right keywords for the search!)

Easiest way is backup and reinstall. You would have to edit the boot.ini file and remove the partitions manually. If they are primary, you probably won't see them.

First backup.

Boot into Each operating system and change the C: label to XPPro_C, Vista_C, Win7_C, and XPHome_C. This way you can tell the OS partitions apart. In XPHome_C, login as administrator. Go into Disk Management and see if you can see all four partitions. Then, you can delete Vista and Win7. In boot.ini in the XPHome_C drive should be boot.ini. It might be hidden, you could just edit out the two OS. It should work. It could crash. So backup first.
