| vista basic 64 | I have notebook pc, and unfortunately for me i also have bsod. It is really annoying for the restart value alone. if anyone can help repair and fix a blue sceen of death. cos that is the fate this computer is facing the please let me know. I have tried rebooting F8 safe mode backup. F11 system reboot a few more times, but to no avail please this laptop doesn't have much time left it will leave the building. I am at my wits end and I need help! forgot to mention the error code as the system performs a crash dump says 0x0000007e error and 0x0000008e plus more dont get much time to read everything! | VISTA HOME PREMIUM X64/ 7 x64 / 7x86 | Re: help needed Hi, Are you saying you can't into Safe Mode at all, and the F11 ( I assume that is for manufacturer recovery options) doesn't appear? If you are able to tap F8 during startup and get to the advanced boot options screen, select Last Known Good Configuration and press enter. It may be a RAM problem , so also try memteset on the advanced boot options screen. Failing that, do you have a recovery disc to boot from ? |
