trouble logging on

we have 4 user accounts;

2 administator accounts
plus 2 standard uses
admin log ins are working fine but standard users aren't.
it says WELCOME and then immediatly is says LOGGING OFF


does anyone have any ideas please?

Can you try and create a new user account and see if you can replicate this or see if those user accounts work?

yes, we have created a diff account but it is the same

if we change the standard accounts to admin ones all is ok

result being that no one can log on at all and I am posting this from the laptop!
