Register Serve FLVSplitter.ax

I just got a new Sony laptop with Vista x64 OS installed. I have trouble running many applications. I tried to register serve this dll, flvsplitter.ax, in “C:\Windows\System32\…”. I followed the direction in this instruction but the result is always the same:


I also tried to register this 32-bit dll (It certainly works in Window XP 32-bit system.) in SysWoW64 but the computer gives me the same error message.

I appreciate any help I’ve been on this problem for a month.

u cant just change the registry whenever u like. administrator only or change the security settings of ur hard disk (not recommended cause u might get a nice blue screen at next log on )
