I keep getting this message when attempting to uninstall Java v13. I am already the administrator. How do I get rid of this assinine message and uninstall my program?

Clicking on the message box shows this message:

Installed Updates

You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Java(TM)6 Update 13.
Please contact your system administrator.

How do I contact myself?

Thank you

Thank you kc2311. I have tried everything to get rid of this message when I tried to install a Topaz program: “The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation”

I turned off user account control and was able to install my program.

I have Vista Home Premium 32.
