My Start menu is upside down!

Ok, I have windows Vista. I was just shutting down, clicking the arrow, then shut down. but, i missed the arrow, and my start menu jumped to the top of my screen!
I have no idea what happened. The whole menu ( including the things i have open, like internet explorer, microsoft word, etc, and also everything that is normally in the bottom right corner, all the icons. like msn and the battery) is at the top of the screen. When i open up something, it goes above the normal top of the screen, (like where the minimize maximize and X are)
Can someone help?
Thanks,
Duncan

Click on the taskbar, hold the mouse button and bring it down to where normally is and drop it there... is just as simple as "Dragging & Droping" a file.

Hope that helps

Hello Duncy, and welcome to Vista Forums.

1. Unlock the taskbar.

2. Left click and hold on a empty space on the taskbar, then drag the taskbar to the desktop screen border you want it to be displayed at.

3. Lock the taskbar.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
