Hello Vista Friends...

I am running Vista Ult. My Vista is totally screwed up. I want to install a new HD, then do a restore using the restor DVDs that came with my HP computer. Then, I want to install my old (still working) vista drive so I have aqcess to stuf on it that I need.

MY real issue is Eudora, a email program I use. I looked at the HP back up utility and the Microsoft back up utility, and it appears that I can not selectivity restore a program. I do not know how to restore my computer AND keep Eudora and alll my email.

I am afraid that if I install two hard drives on my vista computer, then go to the old one, and then to launch Eudora, it will not launch.

I am not sure how to solve this problum.

I can go into detail on how screwed up my Vista box is - maybe someone here can direct me to a soluion.

I run AVG, CCleaner, and SpySweeper, as well as Windows Defender and always do my updates.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jack,

I think you will need to reinstall Eudora on your newly restored Vista drive.

You should be able to transfer mail etc. across to the new Eudora installation - according to this link:
