Maybe if you use a little bit of punctuation when you write, it is easier to understand it without reading two or three times ;)

That's a really good idea. Post a screen capture and we can help out.

Use the "Prnt Scrn" button, which is usually paired with the SysRq button on PCs.

An idea that I have is to check your startup programs if you can before this occurs. (If you haven't done this already)

I'm thinking that this white screen might be a faulty splash screen that certian programs throw up then they start.

You can check them by hitting the Windows key + R to bring up run dialog box, then type "msconfig". From there, click on the "startup" tab, and un-check certain programs that may be causing the white screen to isolate the problem. Once you figure out what it is, then you can update it, uninstall it, etc...

Hope this helps and best of luck! :)

One more question, would this occur if you were to boot into safe mode? I wouldn't think so but you never know.

I would do a SFC scan (System File Checker)
Go to start, accessories,Command Prompt, Right click and Run as Administrator,
Type SFC /scannow
Note the space after SFC.
If errors are found run the command again.
