GUI Problem?

I have been having this problem for several days now, and it is really starting to bug me - what is happening, is when i click on a menu strip item, the menustrip goes away like normal, but the selected item stays up, and on top of everything.

Attached Are Two ScreenShots of what is happening.
This primarily occurs in {SolidWorks SP0 x64} but has occurred at least once in several other applications.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
~Matt
