Everytime i turn my computer on i get the blue screen of death i can't restore to factory defaults by CTRL+F11 or from CD... Last known good configuration doesn't work neither....
I need help!

Yes i've just ran the diagnostics and it found no problems
and yes i can get into safe mode

if it doesnt help do this..............
goto c\windows\minidump and attach the contents of thet folder (dumpfile .dmp) to your next post (i think you may have to zip it first , use the attach icon in the toolbar

I have the opposite problem every time i try to shut down i get the blue screen of death and then it restarts on it's own. Have to force a power off to close down!!!
