right click menu

I'm using vista 32 bit os.
I recently had to reinstall my operating system. It is now up to date with SP2 installed. However when I right click on the desktop there is no menu item for 'save' desktop or 'restore desktop'. These two item were listed before I reinstalled the os. Does anyone know when I might find a fix for this problem?
thanks,

Re: right click menu

You need to reinstall those functions. They are not standard. Here is how:
