Problem registering vista

Hello.
The vista that I have won't let me register the product because it says that we have registered too many times. How can I get around this? The last laptop I installed it on was stolen, so I can't help that I need to re-install vista.
Please help, thanks.

it will give you a phone number to call, just call that number and answer the questions and they will give you an activation number
