NEED Help Urgently I can no longer acees system in System Maintenace

Can anyone help me i've been doing some tweaking after watching a video on youtube, link below and now i can't access the system via right clicking on my computer as it comes up with page failed to load can anyone help plz. It's my mum's comp I might of goosed whoops!

I assume your on Vista Home x32 SP2 based on your profile.
I watched about 30 seconds of that video just to see if they messed with services.
Which they did.

That's more than likely what screwed you over.
Download the below Vista Home BASIC x32 SP2 ONLY
http://www.blackviper.com/downloads/WinVista/Registry_Files/!Default_WinVista_Home_Basic_SP2_32_Start_v200.zip

Just import it into the registry by extracting and double clicking on the .reg, then reboot.
It will restore all you services back to default factory settings. Hopefully that will be all you need to get it working again.

And don't mess with services unless you know what your doing.

Try a system restore, It will bring u all normal
