Please follow the instructions here to generate the dump analysis, then post the results here.

I've already read this post, and it doesn't work :

Unable to load image NETw5v64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NETw5v64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NETw5v64.sys
Probably caused by : NETw5v64.sys ( NETw5v64+5b7d )

Re: Vista 64 Blue Screen but impossible to read dump

It doesn't give you symbols or a time stamp for the NETw5v64.sys file because it's a 3rd party driver - not a part of the Windows symbol file store.

Without pasting the entire dump file results here, we can't be sure of what's going on. But, it seems that the key here is the line

This file most likely belongs to the Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Adapter Driver for Windows Vista 64 Bit. So, the first step would be to update this driver.

Other things like 3rd party firewalls, and Internet Security suites have been known to also cause this error.
