hi this my first article but i have serious problem my cd room disappeared from computer and device manager when i insert a cd but it still available in bios and i use windows vista ultimate 32bit.and the same thing happen when i was have windows xp.

what is cd ROOM? do you mean the cd drive doesn't show up in computer?
