Vista 64 repair help

so recently my vista 64 sony vaio is freezing completly when i sign in the wholescreen freezes iv ran some of the memory tests and repair and then when i sign in it freezes again like everything for ever it has to do with some program NO VIRUSESand my question was how do i open up the toolswhat i mean is this happened 2 months ago were it wouldent evan start then some how these vista tools came up with tons of options for repair and i fixed itand note: i did not have a repair disc at allthen after i fixed it i found the vista reinstall on my computer and reinstalled itso my question is how do i accsess all these tools again and what is the vista install .exe called i need some helpalso when start the comp i have about 2 to 3 mins before it freezes so i can use task manager and all and i can use cmdi Cannot start it in safe mode just freezes up

Do you have the original operating system CDs?

Sounds to me like you have malicious software or a virus on the computer. If you can download Malwarebytes, and run it that will help remove some of it. Also, if you can download Spybot SD but dont install the 'TeaTimer' as it uses a lot of memory. Then run a virus scan with your installed Anti-Virus program.

Also Run Malicious Software Removal tool, its a Vista program. Just type mrt.exe in the start menu and hit enter, accept the UAC prompt, select Full Scan then let it run its course, it will take awhile though.

ok does any one no how i access the vista diagnosis tools or the vista install.exewithout any discs i have done this before but i forgot what i did any commands or what??im on a differant comp and i can not install anything and it is not malware

What brand is your computer? I'll see if I can find the OEM instructions so that you can do a factory restore of Vista to have Vista back like it was the day you first got it. :)

If you have a new Vaio the manual should say something about accessing the hidden recovery partition. Have you recently installed any new programs or drivers?

now i got a problem after i did a repair i run all tests and it says the systems fine but when i fit f10 to do complete restore the built in one it gives errors 320 330 and i dont no what to do now

and i also get error no oprating system now because it cancells out during half the recovery process
