I really do not have a lot of processors running.I sent some pics, maybe you can tell me wich ones I do not need?.Thanks

Whats the percentage of ram used at idle, and how many processes do you have running at idle?

Re: Visual Performance

mdnsresponder is part of apples bonjour service. If you run itunes I think it automatically installs on your computer. This is not a necessary service.

The only other question I'd ask is are you running more than one malware program as a service? If so, this could give you a performance hit. Otherwise, your processes look pretty streamlined.

Re: Visual Performance

Bonjour and quicktime install when you install iTunes.

They can be disabled under services safely as everything will still function with out it.

Start > type services and hit enter > look for anything associated with iTunes.

To change whether it starts up automatically or not, double click on the service you want stopped, ie. Bonjour. Change the start up type to 'Manual' then hit 'Stop' see picture.

Re: Visual Performance

iTunes will still function perfectly, as I had all iTunes default auto services set to 'Manual' never a problem.
