Under my start menu, in the all programs section, there is another folder called programs with all my programs listed under it. I believe it to be linked to the public program list (I have already accidentally removed a large portion of my shortcuts by accident in the process.)
How would I go about straightening out this issue?
Edit: I seem to have a problem of the global users and a single user's program lists linked in some way.
