good day to all !

i have an old acer 5520g, still working but crashed recently when
i was able to start it again many of the original drivers are gone. for
example the touchpad and webcam are no longer working. i have been
looking but there seems to be no option to reload the o.s. and all the
programs from their factory condtions.
is their any way to reload them again and how?
thanks in advance!!!

If you type in the start search bar: recover you should see an item named system recovery. Start that and follow the instructions on the screen to start the factory reset.

Is there a button for Advanced Settings... if there is click that and you will have the option to reset the machine.

Go to Start and right click Computer then click Manage. In computer management click Disk Mangement under storage. If you see a EISA partition, then that's your recovery partition and you can do factory state recovery by pressing Alt+F10.
