Laptop randomly crashing after entering sleep mode. Please help!

Hello, I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit installed on my Dell XPS M1330. The problem I have is extremely annoying and I have no idea how to solve it. Many times when I try to take my laptop out of sleep mode it turns on (fans are on, CPU is running etc.), but I get a black screen. No matter what I press, nothing happens, so I have to shut the computer off (by pushing the power button) and turn it back on. Then I get the Blue Screen (where it asks you if you want to turn on Windows normally etc.)

However, this does not happen every single time I put my laptop into sleep mode because sometimes it will come out of sleep mode just fine.

Please help me find a solution to this problem! Thanks!

Some Additional Info:
I don't have any USB devices attached to my laptop when this occurs nor do I have any automated tasks scheduled.
