I am unable to access my computer as this message comes up when I try to log on. I have looked at different forums with people with the same problem.
I have tried restoring but no luck, Ican access through my wifes user account I followed the instructions, when it comes to the part with two long numbers which are the same appart from the .bak prefix I do not have this prefix after any of the numbers.
After the second row of numbers I have the word classes, if I try to delete this I get the message you are not authorised, also the right hand window is blank appart from default.
