any help,
when i wake up my pc from screensaver i lose my internet connection every time,i can get it back doing the diagnostic test by either re-starting after 2 min shutdown or repair local isp settings tick this box and it repairs ,but what a pain it never happened in xp i now use vista home premium i/e8

just found this its worth a try! good luck. Network connection is lost whenever Vista goes into screensaver/monitor turns off.
