Windows Is Loading Files..

This has been happening to me for quite a while now. I boot the computer, if I forced mode it asks whether I want to enter Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking or normally. I usually go on Networking Safe Mode due to the blue screen error on Normal that I cba to fix. It says 'Windows Is Loading Files', does the microsoft loading thingy then the screen goes bigger as if it was in safe mode, but it goes to start up repair.
...Searching for problems... Windows cannot repair this computer automatically... For the 40th time! "If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music play-" Hey.. I just want to play Xbox Live.

I finish, it restarts and repeats continuously.
I have tried all the stuff the other effing forums have thrown at me but they have been not much help.

This is the vista forums, i should have tried here first.. but can anyone PLEASE help me?

Hello CrywolfX,
Go to C > Windows > Minidump > and zip up the files, upload your dump files with your next post, you may have to save them to your desktop first.
We will take a look at them and see if we can help.

I would but like I said it won't even let me log into anywhere.
The only account it lets me pick is 'sombodi', (Administrator and Guest are default disabled I think) and it goes to the startup repair.. Tells me the same thing, i restart and same result.

When you go in to safe mode with networking what do you get ?, can you get to the minidump files from there ?.
Also, can you tell us what you have tried, so we don't go over old ground, thanks.
Just to eliminate it, re-install the video driver.
